Considering a CPU upgrade on Dell Mini

Hi. I have a Dell Mini 10 and it runs like a dinosaur. I don't know too much about computers, I only use this machine for work and school. I dont want to spend $300+ on a new laptop, I rather upgrade this one if possible. I was told to look into upgrading the CPU. I found this part while doing some searching and I have some questions:

Dell LS-4764P - 1.33Ghz / 1GB Ram CPU Processor

How does this work, can I add this part or do I need to replace something on my machine? Is this what I need to make the machine faster? Also, it says this comes Ram. Will that also benefit the speed of the machine? I'm sorry if I sound clueless, I just need some guidance. Please be gentle! :) Thank you in advance!

If that's a 1.33 Ghz single core CPU I doubt you'll be happy with it. Also the memory will probably be too old and expensive to upgrade.

You're much better off with a new laptop. Sorry.

It'd be easier to just get a new laptop, sorry. Laptops are pests to upgrade in terms of CPUs (RAM and HDDs are easy though). >.<
