Considering a new PSU

I'm planning on buying a new PSU and I need some ideas on what are some good PSUs. I already read PSU 101 so I have a general idea on what I should be looking for. I have a budget of about $60-$85.

How do these 3 PSUs look? Any other options are appreciated.

this one is powerful but if your using a case with a side window, a psu with lights might look better.

I technically have a window. It's really just 2 pieces of steel mesh(for better airflow) that I can see through. I'm not sure if this really matters but the PSU will be powering everything in my sig, 2 120mm fans, Zalman HSF, Vantec VGA cooler, DVD burner, and that's about it unless I add some stuff later. I think that Cooler Master PSU will be plenty, the only thing I need for it would be a sleeving kit.
