Ok, lately, on two installs of windows 7 now, one of my phenom's cores is constantly at 50% even when doing nothing. A few months ago on my RC of 7 when I wasn't doing anything all the cores would be at 0%. later in the life of that install this problem started, and seems to be transferred over to the new install of the RTM build. The only new program I've installed I think is itunes. Other than that and a new usb wifi stick this computer has been pretty much untouched except for music, videos and games.
This weird thing is the system idle process is always at around 98-99%, and nothing in the processes seems to be taking any CPU.
Any ideas?
