Constant Disk check in D

Whenever I turn on my PC, there is a file system check on the local disk D. Drive
The file system is of type NTFS and it checks the files, indexes and other stuff.
How do I stop it?

How are you shutting off your system? Are you clicking on start, then shutdown?

Obviously you have errors on the drive and shutting down the system wrong will cause that. If you have been shutting down properly then you have a failing drive most likely. Find out what the brand of the hard drive is (western digital, seagate, samsung, etc) and download the drive makers disk diagnostic utility and run the long test on it.

Well yeah, I am using it from long time and I shutdown using start->turn off->shutdown
I shutdown safely, then also the file checking checks file after I turn on the PC.

Do you have a link for drive makers disk diagnostic utility, Id on't know what it is.

I would need to know the brand of the hard drive before giving you the link for the software. Can you give me the model number of the drive?

Go into your bios and make sure the first boot device is the cdrom, put the cd you make in the cddrive and reboot the computer. It should boot directly to the cd and the testing utility.

What I just tried is press F10 before the booting process and choose the CDROM as first boot drive, but nothing seemed to have happened. I burned the iso file in a CD and inserted before booting.

You just can't copy the file you downloaded to a cd. The file downloaded was an ISO image file. You will need to use software that can take in iso file and put it on a cd. An ISO file is almost like a zipped file. The burning software will take the iso image and convert it back into its original format.

Do you have any burning software installed on your system?

If you don't have something like roxio or nero then you can download a free program called IMGburn.

Okay the .iso file had 3 files in it. I put all files in the cd and .... next what should I do?
Should I press F10 .... 3 options come over, 1st Floppy drive, samsung hard drive, the third option is a bit complicated but DVD is written in it. Still it doesn't work.

Download and install img burn. Open imgburn and click on write image file to disc. Select the iso file, make sure you have a blank cd in the burner drive and then click on the cd icon on the bottom of the window. When done, boot to the cd.
