Constant Wifi Dipping

I have no clue why this just started happening but it did, my wifi is usually at a constant 2.0mbps-4mbps but now it drops to 40kbps then rises again to its normal speed. Im guessing that Im getting disconnect from the internet intermittently, what could be the problem? See pic

Any new software installed recently? Have you scanned for malware/viruses? Is something updating when it goes slower?

Nothing is updating, haven't installed any software that affects the internet.

Well I found the culprit- Pinger for desktop. Any programs like it?

What is Pinger? Can you give a link? All I found was a smartphone app.

You can just send texts through E-mail. I know for Verizon you use the phone number and @vtext.com. Be sure to include area code. Like this:
