contol panel/user account ?

I have Win XP SP3(all updates) on my computer. In the Control panel / User Account there is 3 users acct's. One is mine as admin, one is guest, and the
3rd is say's ASP.NET Machine A / Limited access/ Password Protected.
I have no idea what the 3rd one is.I didn't set it up. Does anyone know what that is? Can I delete it?
Also can I delete the guest acct. too ? I am the only one that goes on my computer. No other person in household.

The ASP.NET is just a secondary account installed when the .NET framework is installed. You can safely delete that user account. It's only useful to people who program in .NET.

And there is no removing the guest account. It's either disabled or enabled.
