controlling an auxiliary radiator

I just switched my fully air cooled system (see signature) to water cooling with a Zalman Reserator 1 V2 kit (upgraded cpu and gpu blocks). My PC is completely silent now and I absolutely love it. The setup also keeps the gpu and cpu under 30c during normal use (internet, videos, etc.). My only concern is that once I start up BOINC (uses 100% cpu and gpu) the cpu temp jumps to 40c and gradually climbs as the water temp rises (gpu temps stay under 40c, they used to hit 80c with air cooling :D, lol). To combat the rise in coolant temp while the system is under heavy load I'm wanting to add a Thermaltake TMG2 CL-W0181 radiator (comes with 2 120mm fans) between the reserator and cpu block. I would like the fans to come on automatically if the CPU temp passes 40c. Is there software that can turn the system fan outputs on the MB on and off at certain cpu temps so I can hook the radiators fans up to those outputs? Or is there some other way to get the radiator fans to turn on/off automatically?

Thanks

also, at what cpu temp should I start getting concerned about system damage? I've never seen it pass 50c but it has hit 48c a few times.

what, exactly, will corrode? I'm using Water Wetter with distilled water btw.
For starters...water wetter is total crap, dont use it.

Second, that zalman kit uses an aluminum radiator, has a very crappy pump, and isnt worth paying for the box it comes in imho. Its called galvanic corrosion, mixing copper and aluminum in a loop will cause corrosion.
