Convenient switching between Eyefinity and normal

I am in dire need of some help here.
Here's my problem:
I have three monitors, aligned and set up so they work as Eyefinity monitors.
But I don't like having one desktop spread out over three monitors, it looks ridiculous.
And it's a giant bother (I have slight OCD, so I need my Windows set up in a certain way) to re-make that setup every time I want to play a game across all three monitors.

So I was wondering, is there any way (I've googled and looked through Catalyst Control Center (Running AMD 6950)) I can save my current monitor settings and save one with Eyefinity and then have the option to just switch in between them?

There are profiles in CCC that you should be able to set different hotkeys for. I used to set one for Eyefinity and one for Standard. I don't have my 6950 anymore so I can't provide better instructions from here. I hope that helps
