Conversion cables?

I was wondering, are there any cables on the market that will convert analog RF (red white yellow cables) output into something that my laptop can take directly as input (preferrably near instantaneous)? I have an HP TV Tuner which does the job, though there is a 2-3 second delay between input, and the picture appearing on the screen. This wouldnt be a problem, but I'm trying to hook up my Xbox 360, and if there is a 3 second delay between pressing a button and seeing the results, then it becomes very difficult to play.

AVerMedia's Ultra TV is one such pci type device that will open to full screen when not running the video capture portion on the software package included with the capture card.
