Convert DRM protected WMA to DRM protected MP3

I just got a new 4Gig YP-Z5 MP3 player for my birthday and I have a lot of songs on it, but I want more and I heard MP3 is a better compression method than WMA the only problem is, is that they're protected by DRM copy protection. So I'm wondering if it is possible to convert them to MP3 while leaving the protection on them so they are still legal is this possible? If so I need a list of software that can accomplish the job for me. Any Ideas?

get an mp3 player with windows plays for sure. I have a ton of free DRM protected music that i cant burn or anything, but it works on my sandisk mp3 player

if your mp3 player has plays for sure, you should be able to play protected WMA. Is it an ipod or some other brand?

he said its a yp-z5, whatever that is

that wasnt meant as an insult, i just honestly dont know which mp3 players are which is all
