Convert .MOD files

Well, as I got some MOD files by my panasonic, and I want to put them into QuickTime to do some editing, but seems I should to convert them at first.

don't know the quality, and have some one tried this app?

Have changed, now need to do converting with some conversion tool for QuickTime editing.
