Convert Window Movie - DVD Moive

Convert Window Movie - DVD Moive ( anyone has any software to help me with this ? ) i wanna do a converation is because i encounter problem when i want to burn a VCD but the size happen to be at 800MB so i gonna turn to burning it onto a DVD but the format of the video dont match so ... any suggestion ? )

Windows video files are generally in wmv format. There are a number of freewares as well as sharewares(try outs for retail) at several sites. You will most likely want to convert that to mpeg II format in order to burn to dvd.
