Converting wma to mp3

yes there are a few freeware programs that will convert .wma to .mp3. Try searching download.com.

I know theres a setting in windows media player that allows you to rip to .mp3 instead of the default .wma but if you already have the .wma files just get a free converter. ;)

 Audacity is free too

Oh yea lol, we've got that program in school, its pretty cool, but just for editing music and songs and stuff, go for this program if your planning something like that.
If your only going to be converting the files the i suggest you go for Free WMA to mp3 as there is no other features getting in your way its just pick a file and convert :D

NO!! Go for something that is more useful and serves more than one function. Get Audacity, it's free, you can edit all of your music with it, too. Just drag the song from the folder into the program, edit if needed, and Export as Mp3.

Yeah, I'd second Audacity, you can record you're own music too if you wanted to. Add an effect to your music before exporting, crop, copy, everything... And then export as a .MP3.

:)
