Cookies and web address questions.

There is someone, some site, that can affect my computer. What I would like to have help with is finding the cookies and changing my web address. I have Vista 32 bit. Thanks for any help.

Contact your internet service provider about changing your ip address, however I doubt that will help. You need a firewall and lock your system down if you have someone attacking your system. Your cookies can be deleted by using the tools menu in IE or in the browser that you are using.
