Cooling down my vid card

Hey guys, I just built a new comp and everything is working out great. My MSI radeon hd4850 is running at 72C(says Catalyst Control Center), Ive read how to cool it down on here but when I go into the xml file to change the fan settings, there are no fan settings.

So if someone could shed some light on how to do it for me, I would appreciate it very much.
 
Sorry I don't know anything about the Catalyst control but if you want, a PCI slot fan would help a bit. I put one on top of my card and it helps move the hot air away from the card's underside. Of course this is just air temp, it doesn't physically cool the card, but it prevents it from getting too hot.
