all ones that come in a branded box come with a cooler... it should be enogh for the processor, it was designed for it

All boxed CPU's come with one, unless you are buying an OEM version, which doesn't inculde it.

you dont need it with the cooler you get with your cpu

The heatsink comes with thermal gum already on it.

and the termal pad and stock cooling will be fine for most situations, only time you really need bother replacing it is
a) Extreme end rigs
b) Oc'ing
c) Bragging rights
