Cooling my 9700PRO

As you all probably know, the 9700/9800PROs have some serious heat issues/dying fans. Anyways, i want to get a new heat sink+fan, but i am pretty clueless when it comes to video cards. Could you guys recommend me what one i should get?

There are so many to choose from, and i am not sure which one will provide the best cooling. If you guys could help i would appreciate that a lot. Thanks
