How much spacial CPU cooling decrees the CPU temp,if my current TEMP is 34C what it will be after changing the fan?Have you guys any idea about that?what i have to do guys...i need your help as earlier as possible so please help me out.

34 C is fine. No one can tell you exact temperature changes. Obviously a higher CFM fan should decrease temperatures, but signicantly? That is trial and error.
