I clicked on Copilet and ask a question but I got garbled speech so how can I clear it up so I can understand it?
 
I meant the screenshot of the garbled speech? Or is it actually audio? I don't use it so don't know. As far as I'm concerned its useless.
 
I am not sure where you are having a problem. For me, it shows the same welcome message, and as me to put in a question. The only time I get speech is after Copilot replies and I click on the speaker icon.

Are you having any issues with sound on other sites, like youtube? Garbled sounds can be from something on your computer that is running and causing issues, to internet connectivity issues.
 
My sound on other devices are good. On Copilot I will ask a question and I get about every 4th word. There could be something wrong with the computer but I'm building another computer and I'll see if it works are not.
 
Go into device manager expand sound, video and game controllers. Right click on your specific audio device and click on properties, then driver tab and post a screenshot of it. You may just need an updated audio driver instead of a generic one.
 
To add to Johnb's direction, try different browsers. If you are experiencing it in only one, you may have an extension that is causing the issue.
