Copy Microsoft Office CD ?

You can physically copy it, no problem. I don't know if it breaks some MS licensing rule. I don't think it's a problem though since you need to use a product key to install. You can even copy the install files to a thumb drive, I've done that in the past to install Office on machines with no optical drive.

how do i go about doing this?.....can i still install it on two seperate computers?

Do you have 2 separate product keys?

You can simply copy the files and folders just as you would any other files and folders.

installing on two separate computers will contravene the licencing rule. however,if its an old version you probably will have no problem.

There's no difference if you make a copy, or just use the same install CD on two computers... If you don't have a license for more than one computer, it won't activate.
