copying from a network drive

hey guys, i need to copy everything from a network drive, i have tried just a copy and paste from the network drive to an external drive and it says that some files cant be copied and its really annoying having to start all over again.

is there a simple program or technique that will allow me to do an exact copy of a network drive?
