Copying path files ?

I just start a new project and I'm looking for some tools to be used to copy or delete path files , any idea ?

As I understand I think you are talking about Long Path files no ? If yes I would Suggest Long Path Tool , last year i was trying to copy long path file on windows 7 manually without using any programs but I think that I failed to do this , If any one have an information on how to do this i will be happy to know
