Can Core 2 Duo/WinXP 64-bit run DOS programs and emulate 32-bit software?

I think so... Core 2 Duo CPU's are 64-bit, so they should be able to run WinXP x64. I would imagine they'd be able to do the other things too, seeming as they're the latest additions to the CPU market. However, don't quote me on that...
