i seen on some threads that u guys have a prgram that shows u ur core temp i was wondering where u can find those programs on the net. thanx

there is one called Speedfan , and this also, as the name suggests, tells you the speed of fan aswell as temp of cpu.

but depending on what motherboard you have, there are more accurate programs

Are you talking about speedfan, if so then ib think you are wrong, i have checked my temps with an external temp meter, got the probe thingy out aswell and they were near on exact.... nowhere near 5* out. Perhaps you had a cheap crappy motherboard or something. (Ha, says me with a shitty Abit SG-72)

its about 5° out from my gigabyte easytune program, which im guesing would be more accurate than speedfan, seeing as the motherboard is a gigabyte

also try Everest Home Edition , it tells you alot of other stuff besides temps tho... and i recommend speedfan, i think its pretty accurate

Everest Home Edition is the free version so you dont have to pay a thing
