Core Unlocking Question: AMD Phenom II X4 (Black Edition)

I am using an MSi 785GT-E63 MB. It has a core unlocking feature. The processor is an AMD Phenom II X4 (Black edition). Using SIW, it doesnt show any additional cores. SO my question is: Is it even possible to unlock additional cores on this CPU? A second question is, if you can, should I be able to see the additional cores in SIW?
