I want to take some videos from my DVR and put them on my hard drive. Is the USB cable the only thing I need? Will windows recognize the DVR and allow a transfer?
Well you might need a firewire cable but yeah, for the most part that's all you directly need. Anything else you need can be found on the manufacturer's website
