correcting ram timings

my computer seems to boot up windows slow sometimes so im not sure if its the ram configurations but here is how i set it cas -5 trcd-5 trp-5 and tras 18

but i was wondering whats the correct timings for it also do i need to change the trfc0 and 1? or leave it as auto. my motherboard is a m4a78 plus

I've used a bunch of them. Suppost to be 5/5/5/15 at 2.0/2.1 voltage. Most of the ones I've installed will do it with 2.0 voltage. Just leave it on auto.
