Corrupt Raid = Major Problem

About a week ago a cable came out of one of my Raid-0 drives, corrupting the lot. I've reinstalled windows on a seperate hard drive (would have been a lot easier with IDE rather than SATA let me tell you), but I need to recover the data on the raid array if possible. Is there any software that you know of that could do the trick?

In the motherboard's own raid setup it states that the hard drive in question is non-functioning. Could this be down to a faulty boot sector? What can you suggest?

Thanks.

This is the risk you take by using RAID 0. If you cant afford to loose the data you should not use RAID 0 or you should use some method to backup your data.

no with raid 0 you are pretty much screwed if a drive is lost
LOL .... its surprising to think how many believe it helps them with their games and day to day apps ... especially for the finaincial investment in the drives as well as the lack of performance.

Yes - all I can say is my eyes have been opened to the futility of Raid-0, and oh yes, never again.
