Corrupted hard drive

My second hard drive (no OS) is corrupted. I cannot boot up the machine if I leave the hard drive inside. I tried put it in external usb enclosure, it is shown as corrupted hard drive and I cannot access any file on that drive. Is there anyway to recover/access the files on that drive?

The manufacturer may have recovery tools on their website, check there or post what kind of hard drive you have and one of us will provide you with a link.
