I have a problem with the hardware of the power supply, it keeps blowing a fuse no matter how many times I replace it, what do you think the problem might be?
Your PSU is blowing the line fuse/breaker? Have you tried other things in the outlet (or the psu in another outlet) to confirm it is the cause? Then replace the PSU, it is misbehaving.
