Corsair Value vs OCZ Gold

Hi, As you can see by my sig, my crappy Corsair value select crapper RAM has gone bust.

Now, heres the RAM I have:
Corsair Value Select 667Mhz (1GB, 2x512Mb) DDR2.
Corsair timings: 5-5-5-15

Corsair RAM

Im returning that to ebuyer for:
OCZ Gold (1GB, 2x512Mb) DDR2
CL 4-4-4-8

OCZ RAM

I would really like corsair 1GHz XMS RAM, but its like £200, and im in debt for my computer anyway!

Now, obviously the OCZ will be a little faster, and probably be more reiable since its not crappy value.

Is there any negatives about the change of RAM?

EDIT! OMG!! XMS!

Corsair (TWIN2X1024-5400C4) 1024MB DDR2 XMS2-5400 4-4-4-12 2x512mb 240pin DIMM Black XMS2

Now, will it be better than the OCZ? the last number is a little higher........

I'd go with the corsair, 4-4-4-12 vs 4-4-4-8 for the OCz will make very little difference (you can probably run the corsair at 4-4-4-8) and the corsair is £15 cheaper.
