coudla nyone help me oc a I7?

Well i'v been read guides, but i still dont understand how to oc, would anyone be able to help me out? Dont feel like burning the cpu :S i'd like to run the cpu at least 3~3.5 ghz.
i'm currently running it on normal speed 2.66ghz @ 45*c ~ 49*c max with cod mw2 and 31*c~39*c on idle and 41*c~46*c with gta4

nvm i managed to overclock it to 3.3ghz and i managed to get this score with 3dmark:

I can hit 3.79Ghz on stock voltage with mine, keep playing with it Make sure you use core temp or real temp to keep track of your temps though.
