Where it showed the performance between the 320 and the 640? I remember it showed them as being almost identical in some games.. thank you.
 
It's almost the same the difference is in resolution, if u wanna play at a really high resolution, go for the 640!
 
There is barely any difference between the 640MB and 320MB version even if you play at 1600x1200
