Could you tell me if this is worth $400?

It has a i3 3220 with a asrock h77 motherboard and 4gb of ram. A 500gb hdd and a corsair cx430w PSU. The gpu is a gtx 650 ti boost with 2gb od ddr5 vram and is it all in a coolermaster matx case. USB WIFI adapter included.

It doesn't have to be a beast by any means but I'm looking to run games like League of Legends and DOTA 2 comfortably.
