counter strike sorce unable to load steam.ddl

hello, i have instaled counter strike source, and i get this error

"
i dont have a clue what to do, its the real bought from game a shop, any help would be much appreciatied

Welcome to Steam... where nothing ever works right. Steam errors all the time, or at least it used to back when I used to play CS, I'd just suggest reinstalling.

Steam has always worked for me, I dont know why so many other people have problems, perhaps turning of your hacks will make it work.

Just reinstall steam, its fast and you dont have to reinstall all your games, steam auto finds them.
