Hey guys what program can i use to record Counter-Strike Source when i play ... if its possible to be something that doesnt have high requarements ( like ghz, ram and that kind of stuff. ) Thanks.

Fraps:
Good for fps monitoring, benchmarks, screen shots, and video.

XFire:
Good for In-game chat, screenshots, video, and hour logging (haha can get addictive). I have both running and I don't think they impact performance too much.

Fraps will cut down you fps while recording video. I get a steady 60 fps in COD4 with fraps. But when i choose to record, i drop down to thrity. However, i have my ' sync every frame' thing on so i pretty sure this impacts it.

Type: record filename into the console.

This takes away no fps and you can record for hours. The file is really small too. Usually less than 5mb depending on how long you play. You can then replay this video by typing: playdemo filename. When its playing you can use something like fraps or xfire to record but it wont steal your fps since you arent actually playing.

Use Fraps mate, i have made many CSS videos with it and find it to be the easiest to use.

ya...it might be easier just to replay the demo and record only what you want with fraps. If it's a long demo, that could produce a HUGE movie file. eh...either way...:)

Mmm, yeah but I still think you'd be better off quality wise and such converting the actual demo (.dem) to a video file such as avi.
