ok guys and gals got a couple ?????....i recently took my cp to have it cleaned up....running xp.....need to change the old gray look back to the green or blue start button/ task bar....how in the world can i do this????? second i got alot of pic on an old cp that i want to put on this one....how can i do this???? please any help would greatly be appreciated....thanks brad:confused:

I guess you mean Computer when you say CP, I usually hear people say CPU, which isn't 100% correct ether. Sorry If i come off as a dick, im just really into computers. The CPU is the processor of the computer, there are many other parts within a computer.
To change it go to, Control panel, performance and maintenance, system, advanced tab then click settings under performance
To transfer files, you could use a USB device to transfer files from one computer to another, or most likely not in your case, you could make the drive a slave and add it as a second one.

and to change the color back to green/blue just right click the desktop>properties>appearance> go to color scheme and switch to your liking.
 
ok thanks guys......how do i get the bar thats right above the start button off???? the one that show status of current web page???
 
On top? There shouldn't be one.

Shows the status of... your application? If there is a way (I'm sure there is), I don't know it :(
