please provide your motherboard details, since then we can actually tell you whether you can do it or not. but generally i think it will require a new motherboard to go Intel.
You theoritacally can. It will require a MOBO change.
AMD shares no sockets with the Intel processors.
Best thing to do is save up and get a Core i3/5/7 series laptop. the core i series will process circles around a c2d which will in turn PCA that Athlon 64X2
