okay i have this processor AMD Athlon 64 X2

No, it won't work. It's not for socket S1, it's socket S1G3.

I don't think you have an Athlon 64 x2 either, I don't know of any athlon 64 x2's clocked that high. Highest one I know of it 1900mhz. You may have a Turion 64 x2, the TL-62 which is at 2100 mhz. In that case, the highest upgrade would be the TL-68 which is 2400mhz, only a 300mhz bump and still the same architecture....hardly worth it.

Honestly, I've owned a laptop with a TL-58, and it was plenty speedy on the processor. It was the hard drive that was slowing it down, so I put in a solid state disk and it was blazing fast.
