I was just wondering if this processor would be compatible with my computers mobo? I'm not sure on the make of my mobo, because it is a factory mobo from Dell. I do have the tech specs of my computer listed below. I also have the specs for the processor, which is bellow as well. It looks like my mobo would be able to handle it, but I just wanted to get a second opinion.

Also how challenging is it to replace your cpu? I have upgraded pretty much everything else on a computer, but that.
Would I see a vast difference in speed? Currently I am at 2.26 Ghz, which is fine for me, but I would like to upgrade a bit and the price is pretty good of the cpu.
