CPU Compatibilty?

I have a Dell Inspiron M5030 laptop and I wanted to upgrade my processor, and I wanted to know what the maximum wattage is because my current wattage is 25w, and I also wanted to know what processors would be compatible with my laptop. Its socket is S1 and its CMOS is 45nm SOI. Any replies would be helpful and ask if you need any additional information.

Current CPU- AMD V160
