Ok well ive kinda become a cooling freak.

Which of these would you recommend for my CPU (Dual Core 2.13Ghz)

Many folks will suggest AF7's or Zalman's and others but at least check out this little gem of a cooler. Don't let the price fool you - this helps to keep my d-series (a known 'oven') at a cool 32*C at Idle and 44*C under load.

Also, you may want to look into a new case to assist with cooling. It doesn't matter how highly-spoken-of the CPU cooler may be, unless you have a case and fans that move a lot of air, it's a moot point. Do you have a pic of your case and a the fans inside it? Or maybe make a diagram in Paint to show your case fan locations. It could simply be a matter of getting a new case or moving fans around to create better flow.

thats one of my soon to be upgreades.

A new case.

Cause well i got one fan blowing right on the cpu with the standard air duct that came with the case attached to it, to blow cool air only on the CPU HSF and i got a rear exhaust fan.

I will get a better case that is for shure
