CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink

Here is what I plan to upgrade
Mobo: MachSpeed MSNV-939 NVidia Socket 939 ATX
Processor: AMD Athlon64 x2 3800+ 2.0Ghz OEM Processor

My process won't be provided a heatsink/fan cooling since it is an OEM.
So I need to buy a Cpu Cooling(Fan/Heatsink).

Here are my options
- Ultra X-Wind Copper (Cpu Cooling Fan) ULT40030
2200 Rpm/ 25dBA / 78.5 CFM
- Ultra X-Wind Aluminum (Cpu Cooling Fan) ULT40032
2800 Rpm/ 25dBA / 53.5 CFM
- Zalman CNPS7700-AlCu 120 mm Cooler Z20-1018
2000 Rpm/ 32 dBA / N/A

They're all compatible with Socket 939.
I heard that Zalman is good but when I look at a specification of each. It seems like UltraX-wind is quieter than Zalman (25dBA). The price seems very different.

Questions:
Is Ultra X-wind decent and reliable? (Seems like no one talking about it)

Between Copper and Aluminum which one is better in term of CPU Cooling Heatsink? (Zalman is Al/Cu)

Which one would you choose for AMD Athon 64 x2 3800+?

What else should I look for when choosing CPU Fan?

I would suggest going with something more along the lines of a Zalman 9500 or a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. The 7700, while okay, doesn't really cool that well (from personal experience). I would hesitate to recommend the Ultra coolers, as they probably are lower quality.

Is this one alright?

(Thermaltake / Big Typhoon VX / 4 in 1 / 6 Heatpipes / 120mm Fan / CPU Cooler) T925-2239
It is quieter than all of them I mentioned above.
However, its price is pretty high. ALso, it is very huge. I don't know if it would fit into my ATX case.

Is it Ultra X_wind reliable? (Anyone who has used it)

Will Ultra X-wind do a job for cpu cooling in general? I just want a cpu cooling/fan that provides stablility, compatible for AMD Ahtlon 64 x2 939 and won't die too soon.

Any brand that is considered as good as Thermaltake or Zalman but cheaper?

it'll maybe fit into you case, but may be a tight fit... WOW! 86CFM! nice, personally i would suggest a copper heatsink with a huge fan

I just want a cooling fan for general purpose. I'm not intended to extremely overclock my cpu.

Thermaltake big typhoon would be my last choice due to its price and oversize fan. (possibly i might get it if fund is sufficient)

Has anyone used or tried Ultra X-wind? or any brand besides Ultra X-wind, zalman and thermaltake?
just want a reliable and inexpensive one that provides stability and won't die too soon

Any suggestion? (beside Thermaltake/Zalman) plz

I have that processor skt 939 too - ive got a cnps 9500 zalman and have it over cloked at 2.5 GHz it cools pretty well. At full load it gets a bit toasty but once returining to normal usage ( after a game) the tempertaure drops by 10 C in a matter of seconds.
