CPU cooling for Athlon XP 2500+

Will this setup be sufficient and reliable to cool a 2500+, how about if it is overclocked?

i'd just skip the vent thing and get the cooler only. or buy a better cooler using the extra $5.99

I kind of like the look of the vent thing since I have a side window. Do you think it will help or hurt anything?

i'd just put a lighted fan in the window. the breeze it will create will help cool other components and the tube will block airflow.

I made a home-brewed tube out of a cereal box to the outside panel for my 2700+. Lowered temps by 20°F/11°C compared to just recirculating in-case air.
Just my two cents.

sweet... but yea, all that should more than suffice for cooling a 2500.
