CPU Cooling-Socket AM2

Hi, I need a aftermarket CPU cooler for my socket AM2 Brisbane Athlon 64 X2 4000+. I had my CPU [email protected] GHz. Then when I got PCwizard, I found out my CPU was runing at full load, 53C. I put it down to 2.3GHz and now its at full load, 49C, idling at 37.5C(had it runing idle for nearly 1 hour). So I figured, if I wanna oc my proc, get a different cooler. By the time I will buy one(saving money, of course) i will have about $40-50. So if you get me one that now costs $60, itll be fine. What should I get? Ive heard Zahlman if like the best.
 
The Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme is the best of the best, but it'll also cost you an arm and a leg. The Tuniq tower is also very good. The Scythe Ninja will do it quietly and the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 will do it cheaply.
