cpu cooling

My current temps are
idle=cpu43c,case38c
load=cpu51c,case48c

I have raidmax cobra 822w case
848p-a mobo
p4 3.0ghz
80 gig hard drive
2 512 pc3200 ram
ati 9600 card
xp-90 heatsink, factory fan
1 side fan blowing in
2 case fans back blowing out
no fans in the front but room for 4

Are these normal temps if not can anybody offer any tips on how to cool off my cpu anymore. I'm new to computers but plan to get into pc gaming.

Temperatures are well within spec however id look into limiting clutter and/or getting active cooling on the 9600 (if its currently passive cooled) as your ambient case temperature jumps by quite a bit.
