CPU Fan Error? - Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus

I replaced my stock fan with the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus and I plugged the fan pins into the "CPU_FAN" slot, and when I boot up my PC, I get the CPU Fan Error, and I realize that my CPU fan is running at 500-600RPM (according to SpeedFan). I configured my BIOS to ignore this error so I don't get the notification every time I boot up.

Keep an eye on it. When my 212 evo started doing that, it was not even a week until the fan stop working completely. It is due to low quality fans that CM shipps with the heatsinks.
Look at replacing the fan. You need a PWM fan if you want to control RPM, but I suggest High performance High SP corsair fans. At max RPM they are nearly silent. Nearly as in I can't hear them over my CD drive.

Sounds good, thanks Wolfeking for helping me for my past issues. Any exact type of fan I have to look for? Since this mounts of the heatsink.
