CPU FAN/HEATSINK + PowerSupplies Questions

Hi

I am planning to upgrade my computer, which my old motherboard has died (ASUS A7N8X).

Here is what I plan to upgrade to
Mobo: MachSpeed MSNV-939 Socket 939 ATX
CPU: Amd Athlon 64 x2 3800+ 2.0Ghz Socket 939 (OEM)
They both are on bundle sale.

1.) First question is since my CPU will be OEM part, so it isn't provided with CPU and HEatsink. What should I look for when I buy a heatsink/fan for my CPU (RPM,etc...)? I've seen many CPU fan said that it supports socket 939 but it didn't say that it supports AMD dual core(x2) (from what i've seen it said support for AMD athlon 64 only or less.
What (brand/serie) CPU Fan will support socket 939 with X2 core?
(Will heatsink be provided when I buy a cpu fan? or seperate)

2.) I also want to upgrade my PSU from 300 watt to 500-600 watt.
Any PSU that's reliable and inexpensive would you suggest? (under $150)

3.) PCIe- graphic card, which one would you suggest for this motherboard?
These are list of what I've been planning to get
PNY 7300 GS 256 Mb
EVGA 7300 Gs 256 Mb
EVGA Geforce 7600 Gs 512 Mb

do you think they're ok or bad? (I prefer nVidia chip)
any brand that's good and also inexpensive?

Thank you

For CPU cooler, if it says it goes to that socket, it'll fit. You want to look at CFM (cubic feet per minute--airflow) and noise (measured in dBA) anything under 25 is good for me, unless you like noise...for a $150 budget for a power supply, you can get the best out there. I'm talking Corisare. Extreamily efficient, powerful. good all around. cost about $100. Now, about the cards. Are they AGP or PCI-E?

I recommend getting the zalman everyone has and so do i - this is basically my system you have - if i were you i would go for a socket AM2 athlon processor as you can get a better model for the same price as a lower model of socket 939, am2 is cheaper and get a 7600gt they are good from what i have epxerienced and not expensive at all

What brands of graphic card (PCI-Express) would you choose for nVidia Chipset?
I've seen many differenet brand of either Geforce 7600 or 7950.
I used to have a PNY FX5200 on my old motherboard.
so I think I would go for either PNY or EVGA.

Is EVGA alright for Geforce 7600gs or any model? Relatively, EVGA is cheaper than PNY and almost everyone else's brands (from what I've seen).

PNY make GPU's? I thought they were just RAM, anyway, I wouldn tend to go with a well known make when it comes to GPU's, like XFX, EVGA, stuff like that.

The 7950 would be a good card.

On the converse side, I will soon be upgrading to a q6600. Don't O.C. at all, this is a video edit system.

Will the CPU fan provided in retail package of q6600 be sufficient??? Thanks!
