CPU Fan Problem... Need help ASAP

I have had this fan for about 2 months now.

The fan is pulsing on and off. I took off the case cover and checked out the wires and no problems there at all. I then clean off the fan (dust on it). The fan just keeps going on and off. There is power going to it because the LED Lights are working.

I ran a virus check and nothing found.

Someone please help. My computer is running at 89 degrees celcius... LOL
 
ahh...someone would have to be pretty smart and creative for a virus to cause that. Things do break-down for the worst part, you probably just need to buy a new one. It wouldn't be worthwhile to try to fix it. If you go this route, get you a Zalman.
