CPU Fan Replacement

Ok, so because I just built it myself (and because I'm kind of retarded) and want to make it look cooler, I'm wondering if it is possible to replace just the fan on my stock CPU heatsink/fan cooler wth some swanky LED fan?

This is pure asthetics and I don't have any cooling issues, my CPU generally runs about runs at about 23 C most of the time. I want to add a red (prefferebly) LED without the need to remove/replace the heatsink assembly (actually, I bought a MOBO bundle with the CPU installed, cause I'm a chicken).

I did a quick search on newegg and didn't find anything that looked like it fit the bill; of course I could have just missed it...

The CPU is an AMD 64 3200+ on an ASUS A8N5X MOBO.

i dont see why you can't do that. Just make sure you buy the correct sized fan, as many stock coolers dont use 80mm fans.
 
Actually, my quick and dirty measurement of the fan (the fan housing using a ruler) is that it is a 70 mm fan. Does this seem correct?
